Whether you're a nonprofit, dental office, real estate team, or bank branch, this retreat helps your team step back and move forward with clarity.
Can we send a mixed team from multiple departments?
Yes! In fact, that’s encouraged. The retreat is built to strengthen internal alignment, so pulling together leaders from different parts of your business: marketing, operations, finance, client service, etc. that can spark some of the most valuable conversations.
Can I attend solo?
No team? No problem.
We’ll seat you with a table of non-competing leaders for a powerful shared experience. You’ll work through the full retreat experience with a fresh group of thinkers by your side.
Will there be Wi-Fi?
Yes. The LCU Baker Conference Center is equipped with guest Wi-Fi. We’ll provide the access details on-site.
Can we bring our own materials or laptops?
You’re welcome to bring laptops or tablets if that’s how your team prefers to take notes or organize ideas. That said, all necessary planning tools and printed materials will be provided, and many teams find that stepping away from screens helps them think more clearly.
