Six Months In
HERE’s What I’ve learned
My favorite work continues to happen in the in-between spaces: asking the right questions, facilitating honest conversations, helping teams slow down long enough to align, and then move forward with confidence.
This season has reminded me that progress doesn’t always come from doing more—but from seeing more clearly.
If you’re leading a team, an organization, or even just navigating a full season yourself, my encouragement is this: pause long enough to name what’s unclear. Clarity is not a luxury—it’s a leadership responsibility.
Grateful for the leaders, teams, and conversations that have shaped these first six months. Still learning. Still refining. Still deeply thankful.
Two questions I’m curious about:
What decision would be easier right now if you had 10% more clarity?
What’s one thing your team needs clarity on in this season?
